| BuckleDown The Scorpion BuckleDown is a light duty case that is great for transporting equipment under your own supervision in a car, van, bus, or small, lightly loaded truck. This style of case is also sufficient for airline and train carry-on luggage assuming the size and weight meet the carrier's restrictions. In most instances we do not, however, recommend the Buckledown for shipping through common carriers such as airline baggage, UPS/FedX, or LTL truck. Common uses for BuckleDown cases include costumes, graphics, and tradeshow displays. Remember, all case styles can be manufactured to your specifications starting with the inside usable space, partitions, thickness of foam lining, and exterior dimensions. Options: BuckleDown cases have a variety of options available to them. These options include our RoadRunner option and our casters option (4 swivel wheels - with or without locks) for easy transporation. The Scorpion BuckleDown case has a removable lid which telescopes down over the bottom half and surface-mounted hardware which includes 1 1/2" nylon straps with buckles to fasten the case closed and spring loaded handles. Like all cases, each interior can be foam lined and compartmentalized as needed to fit your equipment. We are pleased to recommend layout and foam thicknesses during the quoting processes. |
